PT Geruite Dieselindo Intidaya has once again completed one of its flagship projects,
installing a large-capacity generator set to support critical load operations in the
pharmaceutical sector. This project was carried out at a national-scale production
facility located in Jakarta.
In this project, our technical team installed a 1000 kVA diesel generator set
complete with an ATS-AMF panel, exhaust system, and a custom silencer to reduce noise.
The installation also included adjusting the upper cable tray route so that integration
with the existing electrical system runs optimally without disrupting the existing
production space.
Pharmaceutical facilities like this require uninterrupted electrical power availability,
especially in production processes that are directly related to medicines. Therefore,
the generator set we installed was designed to be able to auto-start immediately in the
event of a PLN blackout and is able to withstand full operation 24/7.
With the installation process completed in 10 working days, our team successfully
ensured that the full load test could run smoothly. The client’s facility is now
protected from the risk of power loss and is ready to support non-stop operations
in meeting national and international pharmaceutical production standards.
