1. General Use

  • This website is owned and operated by Geruite Bangladesh.
  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference only. Actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to natural differences.
  • Availability depends on stock and import schedules. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders in case of unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For international orders, prices can be quoted in USD.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, import duties, or supply costs.
  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or LC for international buyers.
  • Full payment or an agreed deposit must be received before processing delivery.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Once an order is placed, we will confirm it via phone/email.
  • Delivery within Dhaka usually takes 2–3 working days. Outside Dhaka deliveries take 5–7 working days. International delivery depends on freight schedules.
  • Geruite Bangladesh is not responsible for delays caused by transport strikes, customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or mismatched upon delivery.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving goods to request a return or replacement.
  • Products that have been installed, cut, or altered cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • Natural stones may contain variations in colour, pattern, or texture. These are not considered defects.
  • Geruite Bangladesh is not liable for indirect damages, installation issues, or misuse of products.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods only.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, designs, logos) is the property of Geruite Bangladesh.
  • No content may be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
  • Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.
