Geruite Company is hiring two energetic and experienced Manager – Marketing & Sales professionals. Candidates with experience in the generator, real estate, or lift industry will be given special preference.
📌 Number of Positions: 02 Positions
Develop and implement marketing & sales strategies to increase company revenue
Identify new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and closure
Prepare sales reports and submit them to management
Attend client meetings, project sites, and promotional activities
Support marketing campaigns and product presentations
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Engineering graduates (Electrical/Mechanical) will receive added advantage
Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
Must be proficient in MS Office, email communication, and online tool
based on experience
